How do I get help with something that isn’t covered here?

If you have a student account:

– Click on the messages tab,
– Click on the New message
– Select any administrator and click the compose message button
– Write the message “Please delete my account” and click the button send message.

Your account will be deleted within 24 hours. You will not have access to the invoices nor the lessons history (lessons content, homework, exercises, audio recordings of the live lessons… etc).

If you don’t have a student account:

Write your question in the box on the right side of this page and click the Send Message button.
